In my 25 years of teaching, I have helped 1000s of non-native speakers improve their English. Many of my students come to me after earning their B.A. or M.A. in ENGLISH. Think about it: these students have spent 4 or 5 years studying English 5 or 6 hours a day. And yet they still come to me because their English (especially their speaking and listening skills) are not good enough.

The Ideal English Fluency Program is an English-fluency-aquisition program that I have developed to make sure that you achieve English fluency effectively, efficiently, and at a reasonable cost.

Who is this program for?

The Ideal English Fluency Program is not for everyone. It is only for serious, motivated students who can commit to an hour a day of English practice.

The Fluency Program is available for students ranging from Upper-Beginner to Advanced levels of English.

How it Works

The Ideal English Fluency program replaces the traditional model of teaching English with a modern, effective model of second-language aquisition.

THE TRADITIONAL MODEL

The traditional model sells a product (a program). The student is just a passive consumer.

THE IDEAL-ENGLISH MODEL

The Ideal English model creates a product (your English fluency) by you, your group-mates, and your native-speaking mentor working together.

The program involves 5 days a week of directed self study and two days a week of small-group mentoring sessions with a native-speaking professional.

The directed self-study sessions consist of a daily email containg interesting and contemporary tasks that must be completed throughout the day. The tasks will take a minimum of an hour and include speaking (with program group-mates), listening/watching, vocabulary building, reading, and writing exercises. The tasks are able to be spread throughout the day, so they can be worked into even the most busy schedule.

The mentoring sessions involve reinforcing the directed study tasks through speaking in small online group classes with highly-qualified native-English-speaking professionals.

Why it Works

There are only two essential things for a student to become fluent in English:

Students must be highly motivated if they want to become fluent in English. We can’t give students motivation, but the Ideal English Fluency Program is designed to help you maintain and increase your motivation, while keeping you constantly exposed to the right kind of English:

1. STRUCTURE

Whether you’re dieting, working out, or learning English, studies have shown that structure increases and sustains motivation. Typically, after a week of adjustment, students find the Ideal English Fluency Program‘s daily structured tasks become a habit and keeps them motivated.

2. INTERESTING and RELEVANT SUBJECTS

Interesting subject matter keeps students motivated, and relevant subject matter means you are optimizing your English with topics that are contemporary and important. I spend a lot of time choosing and creating the best materials.

3. MENTORSHIP

We don’t have teachers; we have mentors (or coaches, if you prefer). And our mentors are there to guide you, encourage you, and keep your interest in reaching your goal of English fluency. Our highly-qualified mentors help you keep your motivation and make sure you are focusing on the right kind of English.

4. FOCUS on the MOST EFFECTIVE LANGUAGE-ACQUISITION TECHNIQUES

Listening/watching is the most important aspect of language aquisition. While our daily tasks include reading and writing exercises, the focus of the Ideal English Fluency Program is on listening/watching and speaking. This focus will quicken the speed of your English aquisition, as well keep you motivated (almost everyone prefers watching/speaking to reading/writing).

5. CUTTING OUT THE BULLSHIT

95% of native-English communication uses only 5 tenses. 1000 words make up 80% of native-English communication. Outside of an ESL class, you will probably never use the Conditionals. We don’t waste your time making you learn things you will probably never use. Unlike other programs, the Ideal English Fluency Program is designed to raise your fluency level to that of a university-educated native speaker NOT an English teacher.

The Costs

We have created the Ideal English Fluency Program to be not only effective but also cost-effective. We use micro-classes, and these classes utilize native-speaking language professional. Both of these features are more expensive than large classes taught by non-native speaking (or unqualified native-speaking) teachers. But at the end of the day, it’s the results that you are concerned about; if your goal is English fluency, our program is much more cost-effective than years of attending traditional classes for inferior results.

INITIAL EVALUATION

20 EUROS

An initial evaluation is required to determine your English level and to put you in the ideal group for your abilities. Because the Ideal English Fluency Program requires not only a small-group weekly conversation lessons with a mentor but also daily speaking practice with your group mates, making sure you are in the right group is essential to your success. The evaluation is conducted online by one of our native-speaking professional mentors. The fee is charged before the evaluation. This 20 euro will be credited towards your second month of the Fluency Program. If you don’t continue the Fluency Program into the second month, the evaluation fee is not refunded.
